We have Certificates of Occupancy for 7 of the Blocks in Tranche 1 & 2. Leasing for these buildings will be available in March 2025 with one building available mid-February. 3 of the 4 buildings in Tranche 3 have completed exterior work with the 4th building wrapped. Three of the four buildings in Tanche 4 have foundations poured. We have selected an on-site Leasing and Management provider, who has moved into the project. The furniture for the model unit is being installed in February after which the website will go live.

DETAILS
Columbus Creek resides in the Columbus - Auburn - Opelika, CA-AL MSA south of the Atlanta MSA. Situated on 17.2 acres, we are building 16 buildings of 5, 6, or 7 connected townhomes that total 100 units. Each unit is intended to have approximately 1800 sq. ft. and we will be offering two unit types: one is a 3 Bed/2.5 Bath unit, and the other is a 4 Bed/2/5 Bath unit. Both will have a two-car garage. Once completed, we will be holding onto this project as a rental community.
