Rob Fuller
Founder and CEO
Rob began investing nearly 15 years ago in residential real estate across many national markets. His real estate experience includes acquisition, financing, development, and sale of real estate. In 2014, he formed ROI Property Group, LLC (ROI), which develops and builds residential communities. ROI currently has 10,000 lots in various stages of entitlement, development, and home building across multiple states.
Rob is co-founder, majority shareholder, member of the Board of Directors, and CEO of Houseflies, Inc, a real estate technology company.
Rob grew up traveling as the son of an Air Force Colonel. He graduated Magna cum Laude with a BA in Philosophy from Brigham Young University. HE lives with his wife, Nicole, and their 3 children in Utah.

Nicole Fuller
Fund Manager & Lead Designer
Nicole began investing in real estate in 2009. Nicole had 3 children in tow as she helped her husband found ROI Property Group in 2014. Nicole is the Lead Designer on ROI’s build-to-rent communities across the country. Nicole als serves as Fund Manager, focusing on fundraising and lender relationships. Nicole runs charitable efforts and is forming a nonprofit organization within ROI Property Group.
Nicole graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Communications and Sociology. She loves to travel and enjoys good quality food. Nicole and her family recently moved from Napa, California, where she was born and raised to Utah

Billy Whitehead
Senior Vice President of Operations
Billy started in the construction industry. He moved into law enforcement and served for slightly less than a decade. After he was injured on the job, Billy transitioned to the financial industry. He held many security licenses including Series 6 and 63.
In 2016, Billy joined ROI property Group. As a strategic advisor, Billy helps ensure project successes; he oversees boots on the ground and general business operations. Billy is also a co-founder, shareholder, and member of the Board of Directors of Housefolios, Inc.
Billy volunteers in his spare time with local non-profit organizations. He and his wife are an empty nester living in Napa, CA; their two children are in college

Nathan Steele
Senior Vice President of Development
Prior to joining ROI Property Group, Nathan was responsible for coordinating a wide variety of development activities in several communities in Utah, Wisconsin, California, and Arizona–this included business attraction, entitling land, permitting, rezoning, annexations, and more. He has particular strength in forming relationships with various stakeholder groups, from municipalities to private landholders, in order to get deals done. Now, Nathan applies these skills to handling our West Region Real Estate projects.
Nathan received his BA in English followed by a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Brigham Young University. He also holds an Arizona Real Estate License. Nathan enjoys living and playing in Utah with his wife Diana and five sons.

Jared Rossean
Director of Technology
Jared is passionate about bringing automation to real estate. Jared believes there are many opportunities to improve and streamline processes. He has participated in several successful startups and loves to disrupt spaces that have not fully harnessed the power of technology.
Jared lives in Utah with his wife and 5 children. He has a passion for golf and travel and does it as much as his busy schedule allows.

Chandler Allen
Construction Manager
Chandler works with planners, engineers, and architects to lay the groundwork for our communities. As a child, Chandler enjoyed drafting house plans and building Lego cities. Not much has changed since.
Chandler has 5+ years of construction experience managing projects, plans, and rentals for Alpine Homes LLC and Willmeng Construction Inc. Chandler received a Bachelors in Construction Management from BYU. Chandler is completing a CRE Financing Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.

Chris Hexburg
Controller
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of California. Chris is also a Chartered Global Managerial Accountant (CGMA). He was recently the controller for a home builder and has been a controller in a variety of industries, such as a petroleum products wholesale distributor, speciality design firm, and a wholesale food distributor. Furthermore, he was in public accounting as a financial statement auditor with Grant Thornton and as a tax preparer with two regional tax firms. Chris graduated from BYU with a bachelors degree in Accounting.
Chris loves spending time with his wife and four boys. He also loves playing hockey (goalie) when he's not indeed (which is more often these days). In addition to family and hockey, Chris also loves hot cocoa, hikes, and travel.

Annie Chase
Accounting
Annie is originally from the Los Angeles area and graduated from BYU in 2006. She has worked as an office manager for a real estate company, and has done bookkeeping for a tax firm.
Annie loves to exercise, especially running, and to spend time with her husband and their 3 children.

Mackenzie Felt
Fund Administrator
Mackenzie graduated from BYU with a BA in English and a double minor in editing and creative writing.
Mackenzie wears many hats at ROI to help back-end operations function smoothly including document control, writing newsletters, creating content for their website, and project updates. She is also the main point of contact regarding private investing paperwork.
Outside of the office, Mackenzie is working on her many creative writing projects.

Braden Lundgren
Executive Assistant
As an executive assistant, Braden performs a wide variety of tasks to help ROI’s operations and projects continue forwards in a timely manner.
Braden graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2021 with a degree in business management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. Braden and his wife enjoy spending time together with their daughter.
