In Phase 1, Buildings 1-4 are complete on the exterior, cabinets and drywall are underway, and driveways have been poured. . Phase 2 is under construction as Building 5 is dried in. Financing for 3 of the 4 buildings is closed. Below ground construction is progressing with slabs being poured as weather allows. Phase 3 Financing is set to close by the end of October and Phase 4 Financing is set to close by Mid November.
August 2024
The first 3 buildings of tranche 1 are progressing with interior work and driveways have been poured. Phase 2 has begun construction and phase 3 underground construction is progressing.
July 2024
Buildings 1-4 are fully framed and progressing to the interiors with Building 4 dried in. Phase 2 foundations are prepped and ready to pour. All footings have been dug and prepared and the underground plumbing and conduit are in place for the pouring to happen in August. We expect to have phase 3 foundation poured in September.
June 2024
Within the past month, the builder has poured the foundation and framed the first four buildings. The next 4 buildings are being prepped now to pour the foundations. Our builder is determined to beat the cold weather and frame all16 buildings before winter. We’ve also been working with a consultant to certify the buildings with National Green Building Standards (NGBS) which will make our community more energy efficient and eco-friendly.
May 2024
All the site work is complete and the building permits for the first 4 buildings are in hand. The first 4 foundations are being poured in June. Weather permitting, the power company is installing underground lines and transformers the first week of June.
April 2024
All the site work is complete and the building permits for the first 4 buildings have been pulled. The power company is installing underground lines and transformers in May and the surveyor is staking out the building corners and getting ready to form and pour slabs in the next month. Our crew is finalizing getting things lined up to mobilize soon.
January 2024
Horizontal Construction is complete (Grading 95%, Storm 100%, Sewer 100% and Water 100%) for Columbus Creek. The curb is installed and throats and tops are mostly complete. Binder is down and site contractor is looking to turnover the site to the vertical GC . Subdivision Plat has been approved and each building has its own address.
