We have Certificates of Occupancy for the first 4 Blocks in Tranche 1. Tranche 2 blocks are fully dried in and interior work is underway. Tranche 3 blocks have poured foundations and are fully framed and under roof. The last tranche is set to begin foundation prep in January. Landscaping and amenity plans are finalized and the landscape/irrigation is under way. The mail kiosk has been released and the Garden Pavillion construction will commence in March. We have selected a Leasing and Management provider. Blue Tape walks are scheduled in January along with passive leasing to commence. We will open a model unit in February with the first home for leasing available shortly after.

Columbus Creek resides in the Columbus - Auburn - Opelika, CA-AL MSA south of the Atlanta MSA. Situated on 17.2 acres, we are building 16 buildings of 5, 6, or 7 connected townhomes that total 100 units. Each unit is intended to have approximately 1800 sq. ft. and we will be offering two unit types: one is a 3 Bed/2.5 Bath unit, and the other is a 4 Bed/2/5 Bath unit. Both will have a two-car garage. Once completed, we will be holding onto this project as a rental community.
