This project is split into 4 tranches with 4 buildings each. Tranche 1 buildings are all dried in and drywall is being installed. Two of the buildings are being painted with appliance and landscaping installation scheduled. We anticipate their Certificates of Occupancy in December. Three of the four buildings in Tranche 2 are dried in with drywall. One building is receiving cabinets and bath fixtures and the last building is receiving roof trusses in November. Tranche 3 will have foundations poured and lumber dropped in November. And lastly, Tranche 4 foundation preparation is beginning in November. We have selected a landscape/irrigation vendor and the plans are being finalized.

DETAILS
Columbus Creek resides in the Columbus - Auburn - Opelika, CA-AL MSA south of the Atlanta MSA. Situated on 17.2 acres, we are building 16 buildings of 5, 6, or 7 connected townhomes that total 100 units. Each unit is intended to have approximately 1800 sq. ft. and we will be offering two unit types: one is a 3 Bed/2.5 Bath unit, and the other is a 4 Bed/2/5 Bath unit. Both will have a two-car garage. Once completed, we will be holding onto this project as a rental community.
