The project is currently under contract to a national homebuilder, which will begin purchasing lots for development in late 2025. The first lots are expected to be delivered in late 2025, with subsequent quarterly lot purchases thereafter. Work to ensure a smooth delivery schedule for the lot sales.

Waterview North is an approximately 10-acre parcel located just south of the Colorado Springs Airport & Peak Innovation Park. Located at the northeast corner of Powers Boulevard and Bradley Road just south of the Colorado Springs airport and Peak Innovation Park. Zoning and development approvals have already been granted and grading is underway.
