Tara Creek Townhomes are less than 5 miles from many opportunities for employment and social life: Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, Southlake Mall, Publix, Kroger, Home Depot, Lowes, AMC 24 Movie Theater, and dozens of restaurants. In addition, Southern Regional Medical Center, Clayton County Government Facilities, and Clayton State University are nearby.
This project is intended to be 93 townhomes. There are two unit types. Each unit will range from 1300 to 1700 livable sq. ft. and one type will be 3 Bed/2.5 Bath with a one-car garage and the other type will be 4 Bed/2.5 Bath with a two-car garage. Tara Creek began development in April of 2022 and once finished will be held as a rental community.
