We have accepted delivery of the first 47 units (8 buildings) and have leased 11 as of 3/19. We are leasing above proforma rents. The model unit is open and looks great. The next 4 buildings are expecting Certificates of Occupancy (12 Total) in April. Click here to view the leasing website.

Columbus Creek resides in the Columbus - Auburn - Opelika, CA-AL MSA south of the Atlanta MSA. Situated on 17.2 acres, we are building 16 buildings of 5, 6, or 7 connected townhomes that total 100 units. Each unit is intended to have approximately 1800 sq. ft. and we will be offering two unit types: one is a 3 Bed/2.5 Bath unit, and the other is a 4 Bed/2/5 Bath unit. Both will have a two-car garage. Once completed, we will be holding onto this project as a rental community.
