The last punch list item from the City to complete the subdivision agreement for all underground work is to add a special dirt to the detention pond that will create a more effective angle of draining into the storm drains. Once it stops raining, we will be draining the detention pond to put in the dirt. Once done, we will schedule the final inspection with Napa to get approved. This will complete the subdivision improvements.

As for individual homes, all three homeowners in Lots 1, 4, and 5 are moved in and happy. Lot 2 is the only one under construction now. We have everything taped off with plastic to keep heat in so painters can finish painting the cabinets.

Interior: Once all the painting is finished the flooring will be installed. Countertops templates and measurements have been completed. Appliances have been purchased and are in storage, ready to be installed.

Exterior: Upper level roof tiles on and final stucco coat is complete. The lower level is ready for the stucco coat. The roofing guys will coming to do the lower level tile. Weather permitting landscaping begin and the backyard has been prepped.
