We are working on an on site survey for as-builts and wrap up the last city requirements for finalization of horizontal construction. Then, we will be able to provide a final completion letter. Lot 3 and 6 are under contract for sale to a builder that is expected to close this month. Lot 2’s roof and exterior stucco is complete. Interior work has been scheduled and exterior landscaping plans are being finalized. Target completion is 2 ½ months.

Napa’s housing inventory is extremely low, and demand is high. Home prices continue to rise, due to many people moving to the area or buying second homes in this hotbed of California wine tourism. Building within the Napa City Limits on a sub-dividable vacant lot is a unique opportunity.
The Lloyd Drive project is nestled in a beautiful, well established neighborhood in North Napa with excellent home values.
