October 2024

Further geotechnical studies and analysis continue at the site to ensure that our dirt stabilization efforts will accomplish their intent. Sewer main installation is continuing, and will continue to happen for the next several months. 


September 2024

Over the past few months, we’ve been moving significant amounts of dirt, and we’re making great strides, particularly in Filing 2. With much of the groundwork completed, we’re set to install the sewer main later this month, which will support not only our development but also neighboring projects! While we encountered a minor delay due to a redesign of the lot layout for Filing 2, we’re happy to share that this change was made to better meet the desires of prospective home builders. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re thrilled that several builders have already agreed to purchase lots in the new layout! The next six weeks promise to be action-packed as we see the sewer main installation take place, alongside dirt stabilization and the construction of retaining walls. July 2024

We have been moving considerable dirt over the past few months. Significant progress has, in particular, been made in Filing 2, where they move about 65 cubic yards of dirt each week. Once the Filings have all been graded, then utility infrastructure like water and sewer pipes can be installed and the retaining walls can be constructed. We have also received an increased level of interest from home builders who may purchase lots within Bradley Ridge.


June 2024

We have been moving a ton of dirt as a part of our mass grading. We also received access to more water, allowing us to move even more dirt more quickly. More photos will be released next month.


May 2024

The Bradley Ridge project is already fully zoned and includes several phases (filings).

The development plans for Filings 1, 2 and 3 have been approved and grading efforts began in May. In this short time, our contractor already finished stripping the topsoil in Filing 2 and began cutting soil in the southwest portion of Filing 2. A bulldozer is at the site ripping hard soil to ease the pickup for the scrapers in the cut area.


January 2024

The Bradley Ridge project is already fully zoned and only requires administrative approval to record the individual lots. This project includes several phases (filings)--filings 2 and 4 are intended to be sold to home builders, and filings 1 and 3 will be developed as a "built to rent" community.
