Vineville Apartments

The Vineville Apartment complex in Macon Georgia was purchased in foreclosure. It needed major renovation and half of the units were vacant. We oversaw the renovation of six buildings and 40 units. Many units were gutted to the studs. The extensive renovations included structural repairs, mechanical replacements, electrical and plumbing upgrades,  kitchens, baths, as well as a host of cosmetic repairs. Vineville is located between historic Ingleside and the welcoming neighborhoods near Vineville and Ridge avenues. They include spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans at some of the best prices in Macon.
