January 2025
22 of the 26 homes are now complete, with the final four expected to be finished within the next two weeks. The remaining site work is in progress, after which we will be able to obtain certificates of occupancy for the units. The model home has been staged, and professional photos have been taken. Once certificates of occupancy are granted, these will be available for rent or purchase.
November 2024
All homes are framed, sheet-rocked, and flooring has been installed in all units. Our model unit is scheduled to be staged in mid-January. The homes will be marketed both for sale and for rent, catering to a variety of potential buyers and renters. We anticipate all units to be completed by the end of February.
October 2024
Gas work is nearly complete, with paving to follow. Interior work on the homes continues, including painting, flooring, and carpentry. We have signed an agreement with a real estate group who will assist in selling the units as well as manage them for those who want to rent.
September 2024
All homes are now fully framed and have siding installed. Many of the homes already have drywall installed, and trim is being delivered now, bringing us one step closer to completion! Mid-November is when we expect our first homes to be ready for their new owners. Plus, the road paving is set to kick off at the end of October, following the completion of final gas work, ensuring smooth access to this fantastic neighborhood.
August 2024
Work is progressing well. All 13 houses are framed and roofed in. Seven of them have siding work complete with work started on another. The remaining 5 are being wrapped in.
July 2024
Utility work is complete, and each home is framed! Some units already have siding completed. We are on schedule to have the first homes completed by September.
June 2024
Progress continues to move quickly as 9 of the 13 buildings are in various stages of vertical construction. 8 are completely framed and 9th is close to being framed. The first home has been dried in with siding almost complete and they are working on drying in the second. HVAC, plumbers, and electricians are working together to get started on the inside of the buildings. Our builder is finishing up the final subdivision permits for drainage improvements and pond installation. Professional designers have selected colors and finishes for the homes.
May 2024
Underground utility work has been completed, and vertical construction has started! Two of the 13 buildings have nearly completed their framing stages, with three others in progress.
February 2024
New driveway aprons have been installed at the three entrances to the community that will provide ADA access to the community. Building permits have been issued, and framing is expected to begin shortly after utility connections are completed.
January 2024
We are waiting on building permits to be issued before we begin vertical construction.
