October 2024

Work on the water and sewer lines has begun, which brings us even closer to completing horizontal development. We are excited to announce that we have entered into a contract with a national home builder to purchase the finished lots. This partnership aligns with our vision for the community and will facilitate timely development. In addition to delivering finished lots, we are committed to enhancing the community with completed amenities. Plans include a playground, walking trail, and a welcoming entrance monument, all designed to create a vibrant living environment.

August 2024

Work on the culinary water and sanitary sewer systems will start soon. In the meantime, we are working on finalizing a contract with a home building firm to purchase the finished developed lots. After considering our multiple strategies, we have determined that this decision makes the most financial sense.

July 2024

We have had to work around a lot of rainy weather for some of our projects in the South, but retaining walls and the blasting efforts are complete. The storm piping is nearly complete and work on the sewer and water piping has begun. Our architect is working on the exterior designs so we can submit building plans to the county for review.

June 2024

We blasted some of the granite which has been a big hurdle that we’ve overcome to make room for the stormwater and other utilities. We are finishing the storm drain system and have started installing the sanitary sewer system. Contractors are working with the electrical companies to adjust some of the power lines on site. All finished with retaining walls so we can focus on the mass grading efforts. Our builder has been working with the architect to have the building plans drawn up.

May 2024

Each of the retaining walls have been completed. The site contractor continues to grade the site as a whole now that the retaining walls have been installed. The site contractor also began installing storm sewer pipe. While grading and installing the pipe, the contractor encountered granite rock which is very typical for the area. We submitted an application for a blasting permit, which will allow us to blast the granite in some locations on the site; enabling our site contractor to finish the grading efforts and install of the utility pipes. We anticipate the blasting application to be approved within the next two weeks. Despite encountering granite, we are on track to begin pouring townhome foundations in Q3 of this year.
