We are happy to report that we recently acquired about 1800 acres in CO Springs. With this project, we are in the top 10 largest landowners in CO Springs. This is a long term play with all the work that needs to be done, but it is a huge opportunity.

Karman Line’s name has its roots in space exploration, as this community will primarily serve the families of those serving in the Schriever Space Force Base. This project is in the early planning stages, but annexation and planning documents are being prepared with the intent to submit to the City this Summer.
