Electric lines have been installed throughout phase 2. They are in the process of installing electric lines to the sewer lift station at the rear of the property. The electric work will be wrapped up in the coming days. We are excited to see the vision of the community come to life.

Holly Anne is a lush 56.4 acres that we have obtained to develop into a community of 155 single-family units. Each lot has an average of 1,227 sq. ft. and is one of four different styles of home: Craftsman, Cottage, Traditional two-story, or Rambler. This project has been split into two phases.
Phase 1: 30 homes
