Settled in the ever-growing Colorado Springs among multiple military bases and a major airport, this project is a high-value opportunity. We intend this to be a mixed-use community consisting of 2,560 units consisting of build-to-rent homes, apartments, and townhomes. Situated on about 640 acres, there is a lot of potential to build a flourishing new community with parks and clubhouses that will bring added value and quality to the surrounding neighborhoods.

Because this is newly acquired, we are in the early stages of due diligence. As our team continues to work through the entitlement process, we look forward to providing a large community able to cater to any homeowner's needs.

ROI has partnered with another development company to get this community built. This project will consist of 68 units divided into 17 three-story buildings of 4 units. Each unit will be 2 bed/2 bath with 1,004 usable sq. ft. and a tuck-under garage. Along with spacious floor plans and smart home technology, Botanica offers amenities such as an outdoor kitchen, fire-pit lounge, bar, and pool as well as a private dog park and EV charging spaces.
