We received approval for our Preliminary Plat extension at the Board of Commissioners meeting in January and work has re-commenced. We are working through crushing and burying the rock on site and we intend to run an aerial topography analysis once removed to mitigate further Rock removal. Right of Way work for Phase 2 is scheduled to commence April 1st.

DETAILS
Covington Creek Phase 2 is an approximately 29 acre site planned for the development of 71 detached single-family residential lots. Phase 1 neighbors this lot to the south. The lots have a minimum lot size of 6,000 square feet and a minimum lot width of 50 feet. Just like phase 1, there will be two unit types ranging from about 2,000 - 2,900 sq ft. Once type will be 4 Bed/2.5 Bath and the other will be 5 Bed/2.5 Bath. Both types will have a two-car garage. Once complete, we plan to hold onto this site as a rental community where renters will have access to walking trails and playgrounds not only in this phase but in the first phase across the main street.
