The current Chase Hill fourplex is being redesigned as a ~1,000 sq. ft, 3-story attached townhome fourplex with a 2 car private garage. This will make the project potentially more desirable and rentable as compared to a one floor “flat” type unit which had units above and below.

The redesign will also decrease the overall vertical build cost. Another goal that our team has is to not lose any units and make sure the project will have a much better return and more profitable outcome with the new design.

We are working hard on creating a profitable outcome for the project by exploring various alternatives that may allow greater success than the current Flats-Fourplex/BTR model. Because of the redesign there has not been much work done on the project. We will update you on these exciting new developments in future updates.
