Significant progress on all of the 24 homes has occurred over the past month. The first six homes will receive a certificate of occupancy in December. The completed homes are available for sale to interested investors. A property manager is already in place working to lease up the properties. The property manager has received positive feedback for potential tenants. Some of the popular features are the open floor plan and primary bedroom on the main floor.

Angela’s Ridge lies within a peaceful community with small-town charm while also being close to the center of Huntsville. There are plenty of recreational areas nearby like the Bethel Spring Nature Preserve for biking, camping, fishing and hiking as well as a city park with a walking track, large playground, grills, covered pavilions, ball park, and splash pad. Great for families. this project is within the highly rated Madison County School District.
The project consists of 24 new construction, single family homes on build ready lots. Each house is just under 2,000 sq ft and will be one of two floor-plan styles. The Copeland plan is 4 Bed/2 Bath and the Adam plan is 4 Bed/2.5 Bath, both having a two-car garage and the primary bedroom on the main floor. Once complete, we will sell the homes to individuals.
